Following Bad Bunny’s explosive Super Bowl Halftime Show, Logan Paul had some words about his brother Jake’s criticism of the Puerto Rican superstar.
On Sunday (Feb. 8), Jake slammed Bad Bunny and called for his followers to “turn off” the halftime show. calling him a “fake American citizen performing who publicly hates America.”
Logan took to X to quote his brother’s post, publicly disagreeing with his sentiment.
“I love my brother but I don’t agree with this,” he wrote. “Puerto Ricans are Americans & I’m happy they were given the opportunity to showcase the talent that comes from the island.”
But his public comments seem to go against his comments made prior to the festivities on the red carpet.
When asked if he was excited for the performance, Logan sternly said “No” and walked away.
The brothers moved to Puerto Rico in 2021 to take advantage of tax benefits, with Logan calling Bad Bunny “hypocritical” in 2022, accusing the musician of also “taking advantage of the same tax program that he is publicly condemning.”
Jake, who’s publicly conservative, also recently protested against Billie Eilish after her 68th Annual Grammy Awards acceptance speech, declaring that “No one is illegal on stolen land,” which Paul took offense to.
“When Billie Eyelash gets her home broken into it's not gonna be f-ck ICE I can promise you that,” he wrote on X.
