Cassie Ventura says the former male escort, Clayton Howard, who sued her, is now harassing and threatening her.
In court documents reviewed by Complex, on June 10, Cassie’s legal team requested that Judge Anne Hwang—who is overseeing the case—set a schedule for a protective order regarding a TikTok Howard posted about Cassie’s attempt to toss out his lawsuit. Ventura has requested a hearing in which she’ll seek an order preventing Clayton from attacking her online.
In the video, Cassie’s attorneys said Howard has launched a smear campaign against her and her lawyers at Wigdor LLP, calling Cassie a “cum dumpster and a liar,” and telling her, “Bitch, I'm going to burn you out with fire.” Howard also called Douglas Wigdor, the firm’s founding partner, “a scumbag racist.”
“Through this Video and others, Mr. Howard has started a public campaign to harass, defame, and intimidate Ms. Ventura and her counsel. This conduct necessitates a judicial intervention,” Cassie’s lawyers said in their filing.
Elsewhere in his TikTok, Howard said he, along with other male escorts involved in the “freak-offs,” are the real victims, and admitted that he did text Cassie’s husband, Alex Fine, in attempt to get a response from her.
Last summer, Howard sued Diddy and Cassie, alleging he was hired by the exes for "freak-offs," where he allegedly contracted an STD. Howard also claims he impregnated Cassie, but she had an abortion without his knowledge.
