Clayton Howard, who previously sued Cassie Ventura for her alleged participation in Diddy’s “freak-offs,” has issued a response in her attempt to toss out his lawsuit.
The former male escort took to TikTok, where he said he believes Cassie and her legal team “have created a dedicated campaign to try to discredit me, stalk me, and harass me.” He then pointed to her motion to dismiss his case, saying that she “has not disputed any of my allegations.”
He continued, “Her motion to dismiss attacks me on timeliness of the allegations, stating that, ‘Oh, because it happened X amount of years ago, now it's too late to charge her or seek action against it.’”
Howard also mentioned a text message he sent to her husband, Alex Fine, explaining he sent it because Fine has “no knowledge of the truth of what really happened with Cassie because he wasn't in those rooms.
“So out of respect for this guy, I didn't contact him and say, ‘Yo, your wife is a cum catching, cum dumpster, and a liar. I tried to contact him with a velvet glove, hoping that contacting him favorably would allow Cassandra to reach out to me, to explain to me the things that I was hearing in the media. Because audience, I knew she was lying from the beginning when I first heard the media reports.”
Elsewhere in the TikTok video, which is almost 10 minutes long, Howard said he and the other male escorts are the real victims, and that while he believes Cassie suffered from domestic abuse, he thinks she “liked” the freak-offs.
Earlier this month, Ventura made headlines when a court declaration dated May 1 revealed that she had left the US following legal settlements with Diddy. “I reside outside of the United States,” the documents said. “I do not intend to move back to the United States.”
The filing is connected to Howard’s lawsuit. Last summer, he alleged he was hired by Diddy and Ventura for "freak-offs," where he allegedly contracted an STD. Howard also claims he impregnated Cassie, but she had an abortion without his knowledge.
