Bruno Mars is extending his latest chart run with another milestone moment, as The Romantic continues to dominate early in its release cycle. The album’s lead single, “I Just Might,” has now spent 10 weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, matching the longest reign of Mars’ career and reinforcing the project’s strong commercial performance.
Per Forbes, the track’s consistency at the top places Mars in rare territory, tying his previous benchmark set by “That’s What I Like,” which also held the No. 1 spot for 10 weeks. “I Just Might” has remained fixed at the summit since its debut, never dropping from the top position on the chart. The ranking reflects a combination of streaming, sales, and radio airplay, signaling sustained demand across multiple platforms.
Beyond a single chart, the song’s reach extends widely across Billboard’s ecosystem. “I Just Might” currently leads eight different charts, including Radio Songs, Pop Airplay, and R&B Streaming Songs, among others.
Meanwhile, The Romantic continues to hold strong across several Billboard album rankings, remaining within the top tier even as newer releases enter the market.
Mars’ broader catalog has also expanded alongside this release. With The Romantic, he has now accumulated 30 total entries on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, with nearly half reaching the top 10.
Five of those tracks—including “I Just Might,” “That’s What I Like,” and Silk Sonic’s “Leave the Door Open”—have reached No. 1.
The album’s second single, “Risk It All,” is also gaining traction, climbing multiple radio charts and reaching new peaks across formats such as Adult Pop Airplay and Rhythmic Airplay. The track recently debuted on the Adult Contemporary chart and is trending upward as of this writing.
The current chart success follows a series of major developments tied to Mars’ return. The Romantic marked his first solo album in nearly 10 years, arriving alongside the announcement of a global stadium run.
