Lil Wayne is reportedly an engaged man.
As reported by TMZ, the 43-year-old rapper proposed to an unidentified woman in her 20s from Indiana earlier this year and she said yes. Lil Wayne, who has four children with four different women, has mostly kept his love life private in recent years, but he was mostly recently romantically connected to influencer chef LeahAngelie Murphy, as reported by TMZ in 2024.
Wayne has been romantically linked to a few people throughout his career, including his ex-wife Toya Johnson, ex-fiancée Nivea B. Hamilton, ex-fiancée La’Tecia Thomas, and Lauren London, with whom he shares his third child, Kameron. Other high-profile romances include the rapper Trina, model Karrine Steffans, singer Christina Milian, and model Denise Bidot.
Earlier this year, his eldest daughter, Reginae Carter, said that her father has had a “few” famous exes, including Solange Knowles. “I was telling my friend the other day… how like I used to love Nivea,” she said on the Heir Time podcast with Toie Ashanti. “I begged for Niv to come to my party. Like I used to dress like Nivea for my party. … Girl, I love Nivea. I love Trina. I love Solange… Yeah. He had a few. I love everybody.”
The most recent relationship of Wayne’s was reported to with LeahAngelie Murphy, who started working as his personal chef in 2023. But Murphy hails from Los Angeles, indicating that Weezy could be engaged to a mystery new woman.
