88rising's second crew album, Head in the Clouds II, is here. Over a year after the arrival of the first record, 88rising has once again gathered the label and some talented friends for a compelling example of what they're all capable of. Executive produced by Joji, Head in the Clouds II is stacked with guests.
The total list of musicians involved is staggering. Rich Brian, Chung Ha, Niki, Phum Viphurit, Joji, Generations from Exile Tribe, Jackson Wang, Higher Brothers, August 08, GoldLink, Major Lazer, Swae Lee, Don Krez, Rhyme So, Barney Bones, and Stephanie Poetri all appear. As to be expect with 88rising, it's a sleek affair with standout performances on every track.
Before the release of the project, the label got together for the Head in the Clouds music festival in August.
