Joji and his longtime DJ Don Krez are gifting fans with one last summer anthem.
On Wednesday night, the artists came through with "Breathe," an upbeat, atmospheric track that will appear on 88rising's Head in the Clouds II. Don Krez said he and Joji began working on the song in early 2018, and have spent that time making revisions until they were satisified.
"Joji agreed to be a part of a project I was working on and 'Breathe' was born," the DJ said. "I love this track because the production complements Joji in an amazing way. It’s been a long ride until the release as we worked on different versions, getting the right vocals. 'Breathe' is finally here."

Head in the Clouds II, which will arrive Oct. 11, is available now for pre-order. The compilation will also include the previously released singles "Indigo" by NIKI and "Just Used Music Again" by Rhyme So.
