Waka Flocka Performs “Not Like Us” and “Nokia”: ‘Kendrick Won, But I’m Still a Drake Fan'

Waka previously said he wouldn't "pick a side" at the height of Drake and Kendrick's feud last summer.

Waka Flocka represented both Drake and Kendrick Lamar during his SeaWorld set.

The rapper recently performed at SeaWorld San Diego as part of the aquatic theme park’s buzzy summer concert series, which saw the likes of the Ying Yang Twins, Soulja Boy, Bow Wow, and Fat Joe take the stage.

During his high-energy set on Saturday (July 26), Waka had his DJ play K.Dot’s “Not Like Us” and led the crowd through the song up until the now-infamous “A minor” chant.

“Alright, I feel like Kendrick won, but I’m still a Drake fan, man,” Waka told the crowd as the song came to a halt. “Let’s go and get it.”

His DJ then switched gears and played Drake and Partynextdoor’s “Nokia.”

The move is in line with Waka’s past comments about the Drake and Kendrick feud that erupted last summer.

“See, that's the difference between me and y'all. I don't pick a side, and I'm gonna give an opinion because my fans wanna hear this,” Waka said in a video shared at the height of the feud. “This Drake and Kendrick shit, fire, I fuck with it. I fuck with it wholeheartedly.”

He continued, “Both of them n***as just sprinkling it. N***as over-excited over Kendrick Lamar shit. N***a, he just sprinkling it. But to me on some hip hop shit? Kendrick is eating.”

Waka concluded, “Drake is making that shit hit the club, so it's in your fucking face, so he's winning from another direction. So right now, it's 50/50.”

ComplexCon returns to Las Vegas on October 25–26, 2025, with over 300 brands and live performances by Young Thug, YEAT & Friends, Peso Pluma, Central Cee, Ken Carson, and more. Get your tickets now.
