The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul will soon arrive in Las Vegas.
On Monday, January 12, Mary J. Blige announced Mary J. Blige: My Life, My Story The Las Vegas Residency, a concert series arriving in Dolby Live at Park MGM. The show will run through Blige’s vast catalog of beloved hits, while seeing her deliver her timeless vocals and choreography.
My Life, My Story The Las Vegas Residency, marks Blige’s first Vegas residency, during which she will perform for 10 nights.
“I’ve been so excited to announce this Vegas residency,” said Blige in a statement. “Creating a show like this has been something I’ve always wanted to do. It’s a chance to get my fans together from all over – different cities, states, and countries – to experience something together. My Life, My Story will be just that – with some surprises for my fans that have been there through it all. See you in May!”
The residency will take place over the course of two legs. The first leg kicks off on May 1, with additional performances scheduled for May 2, 6, 8, and 9. The second leg begins on July 10, with additional shows on July 11, 15, 17, and 18.
Citi / AAdvantage is the official presale credit card of Blige’s Las Vegas residency at Park MGM, and cardholders will be able to purchase pre-sale tickets beginning Tuesday, January 13 at 10 a.m. PT.
Artist fans will have access to a presale beginning Wednesday, January 14 at 10 a.m. PT. Members of MGM Rewards, MGM Resorts’ loyalty rewards program — and Live Nation and Ticketmaster customers — will receive access to a presale beginning Thursday, January 15 at 10 a.m. PT. All presales will end Thursday, January 15 at 10 p.m. PT. General onsale begins Friday, January 16.
Each night, shows will begin at 8 p.m.
