In 2023, Kay Flock and seven others were indicted on racketeering conspiracy charges, accusing them of leading Bronx-based in violent crimes.

The announcement came as the 19-year-old Bronx rapper is facing criminal charges in connection to the 2021 fatal shooting of Hwascar Hernandez.
