Longtime Los Angeles-based luxury retailer H.Lorenzo finally has a physical home.
The company, founded by Lorenzo Hadar back in 1984 and now run by his son Mac, opened up a flagship store earlier this month at 8801 Beverly Blvd in West Hollywood. The 9,000-square-foot space has plenty of room for the company’s clothes — beloved over the decades by stars like Justin Bieber, Michael Jackson, Madonna, and Drake — but also for a special Japanese section, featuring objects the elder Hadar sourced from flea markets throughout the Land of the Rising Sun.
The store was designed by a longtime friend of the brand, architect Oliviero Arch Baldini, and furniture is by George Nakashima.
“This new store represents the evolution of our vision over the last 40 years and the community we have built around it,” said Mac Hadar. “Bringing everything together into one space allows us to create a deeper experience for our customers and designers alike. We’ve always believed in the power of physical retail – in creating spaces where people can discover something unexpected.”
The brand promises “a series of events, special collaborations, and cultural programming throughout the season” to celebrate the flagship. The store opened on June 1. Its hours are Monday-Saturday, 10-7; and Sunday, 12-7. Check out images of it below.
