Clothing and footwear brand John Geiger is set to step into sports next year after signing a new collaborative deal with Lids.

The popular streetwear line has established a multi-year partnership with Lids, which will span four major sporting events, beginning with next year’s Wrestlemania. The collaboration will continue through Fanatics Fest 2027 and the NFL season opener, before wrapping up in 2028 at NBA All Star-Weekend.

"What we've built with Lids over the past few years was the proof of concept. This deal is what comes next," Geiger said in a press release.

"Misplaced is my signature style overlapping logos that tell a story on every piece and now that signature lives across four of the biggest stages in American sports," he continued. "Past team, present team, league mark, layered across WWE, MLB, NFL, and NBA. Same hand, four leagues, one franchise."

Lids brand and collaborations manager Fred Haley also shared excitement for the company to expand its partnership with Geiger. "This new agreement sets the stage for us to go bigger across all the major leagues and WWE. Can’t wait for people to see what we’ve got on the way. The best is still to come," Haley said.

John Geiger has been such a mainstay in streetwear that the brand’s 'Misplaced Series' collaboration with the NFL was listed in Complex's Best Streetwear Collabs of 2026 (So Far) roundup.
