All eyes are on tennis star Aryna Sabalenka as she takes on American Amanda Anisimova in the women's 2025 final at the U.S. Open on September 6.

Sabalenka's boyfriend, Georgios Frangulis, is often in the stands cheering her on during matches. He's become a steadfast figure in the crowd, often photographed embracing her, and their relationship has advanced to such a degree that she recently made a public quip about marriage.

Off the court, Frangulis made a fortune selling acai bowls. He is the CEO of a company called Oakberry. His Instagram page is filled with photos showing him with Sabalenka, as well as his travels through Europe for Oakberry and tennis.

Frangulis gave details about his company's beginnings in a 2017 interview with the Greek Herald. The company started in Brazil, but he told the Greek Herald that he was living in the U.S. at the time.

"Georgios is 36 years old and was born in São Paulo, Brazil to a Greek family. His grandfather, Georgios, was born in Thessaloniki, and his father, Eleftherios, was raised in Brazil," that article said.

“I went to law school, but I’m an entrepreneur at heart. I always knew I would build a business and create something that would bring joy and good things to people," he told the Greek Herald, which revealed that he also worked as a race car driver.

Of his relationship with Sabalenka, he added, "I end up splitting my time between tennis matches, Oakberry, and racetracks."

"OAKBERRY AÇAÍ fills a need for healthy fast food in the market. We are on a journey to make açaí known and appreciated all over the globe," the company says on its website.

"Our healthy bowls and smoothies are now enjoyed by millions worldwide, especially those focused on their well-being."

The company says it has "over 600 operating stores in over 35 countries. These countries include Brazil, United States, Portugal, United Kingdom, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Colombia, Germany, Spain and many others."

According to People, the couple was first spotted together in 2024 after Sabalenka's former boyfriend took his own life in Miami. “There was a really tough period where I was really happy to have him by my side. He always cheering me up, always making sure that we are doing some fun stuff,” she said to People of Frangulis.
