Since being bounced from the playoffs by a Durant-less Warriors team, the Rockets have made changes at their coaching positions. Now, it appears that this movement could trickle down to the players, as General Manager Daryl Morey is reportedly looking at trading Chris Paul.

On Wednesday, sources disclosed to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski‏ that Morey is "showing an aggressive desire to improve roster with all players and picks available in talks." While it's highly unlikely the Rockets will move MVP candidate James Harden, Wojnarowski did state that CP3 could be on the table if the right package is presented.

Wojnarowski's report follows the news that Harden and Paul had "tense moments" during their elimination loss against the Warriors. According to The Athletic, CP3 and Harden were arguing over ball movement and distribution and before the team could intervene, the two had already parted ways.

Morey's alleged mindset also furthers the notion that nobody is safe within the organization. Per sources, Morey was instrumental in firing assistant coaches Roy Rogers and Mitch Vanya, video coordinator John Cho, and player development coach Irv Roland. This seems to be a part of Houston's push to take control of the Western Conference after Kevin Durant's assumed exit from Golden State.
