The seven-time gold medalist was on the Phoenix, Arizona, leg of the Gold Over America tour when she stopped by Syzygy Precision Tattooing to get a couple of tattoos, according to TMZ.

The first one was a small finger tattoo of the letter “J,” which appears to be a nod to Simone’s husband, Jonathan Owens’ first name. The tattoo artist, Sydney Smith told the outlet that she also inked the phrase, “Made In Heaven” on the back of Biles’ neck.

Smith said that she and Biles connected on social media via direct message, and she tattooed the Olympian for 90 minutes. "It was a great experience, but I treat all of my clients the same. It's always a good time getting to do what I love every day!" Smith said of tattooing Biles.

Biles and Owens tied the knot in March 2023 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, after getting engaged in 2022.
