Simone Biles has always been honest about her body enhancements, and she's now opened up about how painful her latest operation was.

On Wednesday (November 19), the Olympian hopped on TikTok to give her followers the run-down on her recent breast augmentation, revealing that she got the surgery done in mid-June by a Houston-based plastic surgeon.

She shared that she got 310cc high-profile, extra-filled silicone implants, which were placed under the muscle, explaining that was the "best option" for her to have a "natural look." "For reference, I am 4'8", 105 lbs. I also have very broad shoulders. They're quite literally the biggest part of my body." she said.

While she thought about going bigger, she said a 330cc implant "would not fit." After surgery, she said she "did freak out."

"They were to my neck," she added. "I did talk to my doctor and was like, take them out, they need to be smaller, because they looked like aliens at first. But now they're perfect."

As for her recovery, well, it was tougher than she expected.

"Y’'all lied. This shit hurts so bad," Biles admitted. "Your girl could not move by herself so I did take the full two weeks. I'm glad I did because my recovery was rough. Not in the aspect of I had complications, but more so, the very first day, Jonathan [Owens, her husband] had to physically lift me up out of bed and take me to the restroom." She then explained that she thought her heal time was more difficult due to her muscular build.

Earlier this month, the 28-year-old spoke candidly with People about her cosmetic enhancements, which include a lower blepharoplasty on her under-eye area and her ear lobe.

"It's just who I am and I feel like I've always tried to be open, honest and relatable," she said. "And not that I didn't like the way I looked or the way I felt. It's just something that I notice obviously a little bit more because I live in this body, I'm just so used to it."
