NFL Will Not Suspend Tyreek Hill Following Investigation Into Child Abuse Allegations

The NFL does not intend to suspend the Chiefs' Tyreek Hill from the league after conducting its own probe into claims of child abuse, Ian Rapoport reports.

The NFL has also released a statement regarding its decision.

It was previously reported that the criminal child abuse case Hill was involved in was no longer being actively investigated, but Hill remains suspended from all team activities. A child services investigation into Hill is still ongoing, and the NFL had said it will not rule on the case until that concludes.

Hill had been being looked into for battery following an incident that left his 3-year-old son with a broken arm. The Johnson County, Kansas D.A. said his office believes a crime was committed, but that there wasn't enough evidence to determine the perpetrator. Chiefs officials were subsequently expecting Hill to be suspended for a maximum of four weeks.
