Megan Thee Stallion will be on kitchen duties for Thanksgiving this year, according to Klay Thompson's father.
In a recent interview with ESPN LA’s Mason & Ireland Show, 70-year-old Mychal Thompson was asked about his Thanksgiving plans.
"Who's making your Thanksgiving dinner, Mychal? Is Julie making your Thanksgiving dinner?" asked Steve Mason (around the 18:50 mark in the video linked here).
John Ireland then jumped in with: "You don't know this? Seriously, you don't know? It's Megan."
When Mychal asked, "How'd you hear that?" Ireland reminded him, "You told me."
The hosts recalled Klay's past praise of the "Mamushi" rapper as a "great cook," to which Mychal responded: "All Black women are good cooks. Have you ever gone to a Black person's house and not had good food?"
The 2x NBA champion and former LA Laker then joked: "Have you ever gone to a Black person's house?"
Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson went public with their romance in July after months of speculation. Since then, the couple have continued sharing glimpses of their relationship on social media with videos from a golf date and a fishing trip. The two even showed fans how they hit the gym together.
In August, Klay described Megan’s catfish and spaghetti as the "best thing I’ve ever tasted."
Megan is nearing the end of her trial for the defamation case made against Milagro Gramz. She sued the blogger last October, accusing her of carrying out a "campaign of harassment and cyberbullying" in connection to Tory Lanez’s conviction for shooting her in 2020.
Jury deliberations for the trial began on Wednesday but a verdict was not reached.
