Adidas is releasing a crystal-covered baseball cleat this month with the help of Swarowski and Seattle Mariners center fielder and endorsee, Julio Rodriguez.
Shown here is the Swarovski x Adidas Adizero Impact+ baseball cleat that's launching on Sept. 17 exclusively at Adidas.com for $440. This Warp Speed version of the Adizero Impact+ features an intricate bungee lacing system underneath the zipper shroud on the upper, with Swarovski crystals applied to the Three Stripes and mudguard. Underneath is a two-tone Lightstrike midsole and TPU cleats.
According to Adidas, only 44 pairs of this Swarovski x Adidas Adizero Impact+ baseball cleat are dropping, with the number of pairs referencing Rodriguez's jersey number.
Rodriguez inked an endorsement deal with the Three Stripes in March 2023. Some of the notable accolades since entering the MLB include being named the 2022 American League Rookie of the Year, a two-time All-Star, and a two-time Silver Slugger Award winner.
