It's been almost four years since Carhartt WIP and Salomon released their first footwear project, the CSWP Shelter hiking boot, and now the two entities have reunited on a new sneaker collaboration arriving this week.
Shown here is the Carhartt x Salomon X-Alp, which is hitting retailers on Thursday, Dec. 18. The X-Alp is a versatile sneaker that can be worn in various environments, including everyday commutes or even the trails. This collab features a predominantly black color scheme on the ripstop upper but has Carhartt WIP's signature camo print on the collar as well as on the tongue. Underneath the upper is a durable Contagrip outsole.
Readers will be able to this Carhartt WIP x Salomon X-Alp collab on Thursday at Salomon.com, Carhartt-wip.com, and at select retailers. The sneaker retails for $160. Grab a closer look at the sneaker in the images below.
