It was exactly this time last year that Aries and Salomon released their first sneaker collab in the form of two Snowclog colorways, and now the duo is back with a new two-shoe project.
Arriving next week is the Aries x Salomon XT-Whisper collection, pictured here. According to the collaborators, the styles are inspired by the running culture during the 1980s and 1990s, by using vintage-like leather and suede materials on the upper. One version of this collaborative trail shoe sports a vibrant pink and purple makeup, and the other pair dons an all-black color scheme. Aries branding appears underneath the Quicklace system on the tongue, while a lugged outsole sits below.
Readers will be able to cop the Aries x Salomon XT-Whisper styles on Nov. 18 at Complex, Salomon.com, and at select retailers. Each version retails for $160.
