After releasing a pony hair-covered 204L during Paris Fashion Week earlier this year, California-based streetwear brand Basketcase and New Balance have another iteration of the lifestyle model on the way.
This time, Basketcase founder Zach Kinninger is referencing his upbringing of wearing blue jeans and hiking boots. Dubbed "Run Home," this collab features a predominantly brown mesh and nubuck upper offset by vibrant yarn rope shoelaces. Basketcase branding is stamped on the tongue, premium leather lining, and custom packaging.
In addition to the 204L, Basketcase and New Balance have previously collaborated on the 1096AD and the Minimus MT10.
Readers will be able to cop this latest Basketcase x New Balance 204L starting on Dec. 12 at Basketcase.gallery, followed by another drop on Dec. 19 at Newbalance.com and at select retailers. The sneaker retails for $150.
