Asics just released a new colorway for its ever-popular Gel-Nimbus 10.1 sneaker, and best of all, you can buy a pair via the Complex Shop now.
Dubbed "Grove," this new iteration of the running sneaker has been elevated with premium materials, including green leather overlay panels. The base of the upper is constructed of a breathable mesh material paired with black and silver formstripes on the sides, while a gold "Asics" logo appears on the heel counter. Completing the design is a dual-layer EVA foam midsole with Gel inserts at the heel.
The Asics Gel-Nimbus 10 was introduced in 2008 as a performance running shoe. Later, the 10.1 added the tooling of the Kayano 14 as it evolved into a lifestyle model, as evidenced by this "Grove" colorway here.
