On the latest episode of Sneaker Shopping, Kim Kardashian revealed her new NikeSKIMS campaign starring Lisa from the globally popular K-pop group, Blackpink. The campaign comes on the heels of Nike officially announcing the signing of Lisa, and the star wearing a custom Nike Gato outfit during the Hong Kong stop of the group's latest tour.
"When I’m performing, it’s all about looking great while still being able to move and dance," Lisa said. "The NikeSKIMS collection is so comfortable and light that I feel confident wearing it everywhere—from rehearsals to traveling or even relaxing at home. It’s easy to move in, looks amazing, and fits perfectly into my everyday life."
Kardashian said that Lisa was her "dream person" to star in the campaign that features a myriad of ballet dancers, NikeSkims apparel, and black and pink colorways of the new Rift Satin.
"I thought it was just really clever to use those two colorways and use Lisa," Kardashian said on the show.
She describes a sequence where the whole crew is dressed in black and quickly transitions to the pink set. A nod both to Lisa's group Blackpink, and the only two colors fully featured in the latest NikeSKIMS drop.
The full ballerina-inspired collection that was unveiled at the end of January will be available February 5 at Nike.com/nikeskims, Skims.com/nikeskims, and select Nike, SKIMS, and partner retail locations across North America.
