Nearly the entire Jersey Shore cast came to former cast member Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola’s wedding, except her ex-boyfriend, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.
TMZ reports that Giancola married Justin May on Dec. 4 in New Jersey. In attendance for the event were Mike “The Situation” Sorentino, Vinnie, Pauly D, Angelina Pivarnick, Snookie, Dina, and J-Woww.
According to TMZ, the event had its share of drama, even though Ortiz-Magro wasn’t there. Sources claimed that Pivarnick was really “going through it” because she previously got married at the same venue (Park Chateau Estate & Gardens) in 2019.
Things eventually got better though, according to TMZ. Pivarnick got her fair share of attention because “a lot of guys were hitting on her and she ended up catching the bouquet.”
In August, Giancola and May welcomed a baby boy, Vincent Keith May. In an Instagram post, Giancola referred to her son as a “rainbow baby,” referencing the meaning of a baby being born to a mother who suffered from a pregnancy loss.
"😭 After this very long journey to get here, words cannot describe how blessed and truly grateful we are,” she continued. “Forever living in our baby love bubble until further notice 🥹♥️ Ok I can’t stop crying happy tears. Thank you God."
At the June baby shower for her then unborn child, Ortiz-Magro was in attendance — though Sammie revealed to the New York Post that it wasn’t her choice.
