Sophie Rain on Whether She's Still in Contact With Drake: 'I Burned That Bridge Pretty Bad'

The OnlyFans star says she "fumbled" her connection with Drake, whom she previously described as a "dream" collaborator.

Sophie Rain, who once cited Drake as a “dream” collaborator, has revealed that she ultimately “fumbled” her would-be association with the Iceman artist.

Speaking with GQ’s Eileen Cartter, the OnlyFans star, who presents as 21 years old as part of a public persona, was asked whether she and Drake were currently in touch with each other. As you may recall, Rain made headlines last year after revealing she’d spoken with Drake, adding that she had hopes for a potential collaboration, perhaps in a music video of his.

“That’s the dream,” she told Hollywood Fix at the time.

Fast forward to 2026, however, and it seems the aforementioned fumbling may have dented her chances.

“I wish,” Rain told GQ when asked if she and the five-time Grammy winner remained in contact. “I fumbled that. That’s my fault.”

Rain, as seen here, goes on to reveal that she recently reached out to Drake again amid a trip to the Bahamas. Though the exact timeline isn’t specified, Drake did indeed ring in his 39th birthday in the region last October. According to Rain, her attempt at reconnection proved futile, with Drake claimed to have responded by wondering if she might “ghost” him again.

“I burned that bridge pretty bad,” she added, joking that Drake is “such a diva.”

Though we’ve ended a slew of articles over the past 12 months or so in a strikingly similar fashion, we’d be remiss to not do it again: Iceman, Drake’s first new solo album since 2023’s For All the Dogs, is expected to be released at some point this year.
