Druski has released a statement in response to the dismissal of a “frivolous lawsuit” in which he was named alongside Sean “Diddy” Combs and Odell Beckham Jr.

In court docs dated Dec. 16 and viewed by Complex, the suit in question, dating back to October 2024 and stemming from plaintiff Ashley Parham, is said to have been dismissed due to “failure to prosecute.” Per the docs, the plaintiffs in the case had been warned “several times” that a dismissal would occur “if they continued to miss the required deadlines.”

Furthermore, the order signed by United States District Judge Rita F. Lin highlights the following:

“The barrier to obtaining counsel therefore does not appear to be Plaintiffs’ capacity to seek counsel, but the willingness of counsel to be retained in the matter. There is no indication that this barrier is likely to resolve.”

The dismissal is without prejudice, which means plaintiffs can file a new lawsuit “if and when” legal counsel is obtained, “so long as other legal requirements are met.”

In a statement shared with Complex, Druski pointed to evidence he submitted as showing his innocence, arguing it proved he “never knew” the accuser.

“It was only a matter of time before this frivolous lawsuit against me was dismissed,” Druski said. “The evidence I submitted overwhelmingly showed that I was innocent. It proved I never knew this individual and was never even in the same state at the time of the alleged incident. From the beginning, I knew these disgusting lies would be exposed as nothing more than a malicious money grab.”

Druski continued: “Through it all, I’m truly grateful for the support of my family, friends, fans and business partners who stood by my side, even as these individuals attempted to destroy my reputation for greed. I pray for the real victims of assault. We can’t allow these clout-chasing antics to deter true survivors from coming forward and speaking out against their abusers in the future.”

As previously reported, Parham had alleged that Diddy, Druski, and Odell Beckham Jr. were involved in a sexual assault she claims took place in California in 2018. In April of this year, as reported by Complex’s Shawn Setaro, phone and bank records appeared to support Druski’s story that he was "broke living with my mom [in Georgia] without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation."

The following month, it was reported that Druski was seeking sanctions against Parham and her legal team at the time. Diddy and OBJ, notably, have also denied the claims in the suit.

More recently, a judge ruled that there appeared to be “no reasonable factual basis” to claims of Druski’s involvement in the alleged assault.
