Nick Cannon Says He and Ex Christina Milian Discussed Having Kids When They Were Dating

In a recent interview with The Shade Room, Nick Cannon revealed that he and ex Christina Milian discussed having kids when they dated, back in 2003.

There might be one woman who got away for Nick Cannon.

In a recent interview with The Shade Room, the actor and host was asked who he wishes he had a baby with.

“Everybody talks about having kids—that’s the thing,” he responded at around the 21:30 minute mark. “If I say this, I know it’s gonna go viral but … I remember when I found out [she was pregnant] … and I was like, ‘Dang, man.’ But I was so happy for her. But I remember, we was kids in love, early on. We talked about that.” He concluded, “To each his own. Life plans it out. The universe gives it how it’s supposed to be given.”

The pair met on the set of the 2003 comedy, Love Don’t Cost a Thing and began dating, later breaking up in 2005. In 2010, she gave birth to her first child, a girl named Violet, with The-Dream, and subsequently had two kids with French singer M. Pokora, boys Isaiah and Kenna. Cannon welcomed his first children, twins with Mariah Carey in 2011, and went on to have 10 more children with several other women.

Last month, when Entertainment Tonight asked if he’s done having children, Cannon responded, “God decides when we’re done, but I believe I definitely got my hands full. And I’m so focused. I’m locked in. But when I’m 85, you never know. I might.”
