Nick Cannon said any new additions to his family are in God’s hands.

The TV host, actor, and comedian made the comments while speaking to Entertainment Tonight. “God decides when we’re done, but I believe I definitely got my hands full. And I’m so focused. I’m locked in. But when I’m 85, you never know. I might.”

The Drumline actor welcomed five children in 2022. In July, Legendary Love Cannon was born, who he shares with Bre Tiesi. Then, LaNisha Cole birthed his second child of the year, a baby girl named Onyx Ice Cole Cannon in September. Within the same month, Brittany Bell, who he shares son Golden Sagon Cannon, 6, and a daughter, Powerful Queen Cannon, 3, gave birth to Rise Messiah Cannon. In November, Abby De La Rosa, who in 2021 gave birth to twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir, had a baby girl, Beautiful Zeppelin Cannon.

On Dec. 29, Alyssa Scoot gave birth to baby No. 5 of 2022 and the 13th child overall, Halo Marie Cannon. Cannon and Scott shared a son, Zen, who unfortunately passed in December 2021 at five months old due to hydrocephalus.

Cannon is also father to another pair of twins, Moroccan and Monroe, 11, with his ex-wife Mariah Carey. The two tied the knot in 2008 and filed for divorce in 2014, officially splitting in 2016.

Rosa previously shared details of their family’s dynamic on the Lovers and Friends podcast with Shan Boodram.

“I become hypersensitive when people attack me and my motherhood,” she said. “When it comes to being a mom, I don’t think I’ve even scratched the surface. Me being open in my relationship does not change or take away from the type of mother that I am to my kids and the wholeness that I am to them and the strength that I share with them.”
