N3on is opening up about how streaming has completely changed the way he interacts with women, admitting he feels uncomfortable going on dates without a camera and a livestream chat present.
During a recent conversation with Fousey, the popular internet personality revealed that his dependence on streaming has made normal dating situations feel almost impossible.
“I’m so nervous to ask a girl on a date that I’ve literally had to bring a camera for it to even be a date,” N3on said. “Because I just can’t. I don’t even know how to go about a date, I swear to God. I need to stream.”
N3on has built much of his online presence around highly interactive livestreams that often blur the line between personal life and entertainment. Over the past few years, other streamers across platforms like Kick and Twitch have increasingly turned dating, public interactions, and even arguments into content for viewers.
Even though he doesn’t know how to go on a proper date, N3on is familiar with getting women gifts. During a livestream earlier this month, Alabama Barker, the daughter of Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler, became emotional after N3on surprised her with a luxury Birkin bag.
In clips from the stream, Barker appeared overwhelmed by the gift, repeatedly saying she felt like she was going to throw up and have a panic attack after opening the bag.
“Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god! Oh my god, I love it! … I’m gonna throw up. Oh my god, I'm gonna have a fucking panic attack,” she said.
Barker also joked with viewers about finally being able to “flex” the rare designer item.
N3on later explained that the Birkin was authentic, came with certifications, and was meant as a genuine gesture of appreciation after Barker had previously given him gifts herself. Barker responded by thanking the streamer and telling him she loved and appreciated him, at one point saying she felt close to tears over the surprise.
