Popular streamer N3on freaked out when he was shown a clip from an older stream in which he met singer-songwriter D4vd, who is accused of killing and dismembering 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
During a recent stream, N3on was sent a resurfaced clip from a stream in which he bumped into D4vd, real name David Anthony Burke, who seemed appreciative of the streamer.
“Oh my God,” N3on yelled after watching the clip, which showed him shaking hands with the accused murderer. “What the fuck? Yo… How did y’all find this? I didn’t even know! What the actual fuck? He watched my stream? … This is fucking insane, I never knew I even shook this guy’s hand.”
While he didn’t specify when the stream happened, he did clarify that it went down before the investigation into Rivas’ death. In September, the teen’s body was found in the trunk of a Tesla registered to D4vd.
“Yo, bro, you’re a fucking weirdo, you’re gonna rot in jail. Worse than jail, you’re going to rot in hell,” N3on continued. “And you’re an absolute fucking psychopath, brother. … Don’t watch my streams in prison.”
D4vd was arrested earlier this month on charges accusing him of killing and dismembering Rivas in 2025. Prosecutors have alleged that he stabbed her to death on April 23, 2025, after ordering an Uber to take her to his home in the Hollywood Hills.
Authorities also said they have evidence that shows he ordered a shovel from Home Depot through Postmates the following day and ordered two chainsaws from Amazon under a fake name a week later. Other purchases prosecutors said link back to him include a body bag, heavy-duty laundry bags, and an inflatable pool.
Prosecutors alleged that D4vd placed Rivas’ body into the inflatable pool and used a chainsaw and other tools to cut off her limbs. He allegedly amputated the ring and pinky fingers on her left hand because she had a tattoo of his name on her ring finger.
“Several biological samples, which tested positive for blood, were collected within the garage area," said authorities, per court docs.
