Piper Rockelle and Gavin Magnus made an unannounced stop at a CVS pharmacy this week, where the pair were photographed appearing to purchase a pregnancy test, TMZ reported Monday.
Video of the outing, posted to TMZ's Instagram account, showed the two former child YouTube stars together inside the store near the pharmacy section. The post drew more than 1 million views over the past 24 hours.
"No idea who they are but this crosses so many lines," one commenter wrote.
Another called it "staged," while a third simply said, "they are horrible actors."
The pharmacy visit comes roughly three weeks after footage of Rockelle and Magnus kissing while swimming in a lake circulated widely on social media. That clip, posted to TMZ's TikTok account, accumulated more than 243,000 likes and sent followers of the former couple into a frenzy, with many describing the reunion as a nostalgic milestone.
"Kissing in a lake to the Beatles has to be the most romantic thing I ever seen," one user wrote. Another added, "Why am I actually happy about this?"
The renewed attention on Rockelle's personal life follows her public comments about her relationship with Rakai, which she described to TMZ last month as having shifted into an open arrangement.
"Rakai has been open about being with other girls in this relationship, so why can't I?" Rockelle told TMZ. "I think it is becoming one of those things where it's like an open relationship."
Rockelle, who turned 18 last year, also launched a subscription content platform shortly after her birthday.
She addressed the backlash in a recent interview with The Hollywood Fix. "We're all doing things other people wouldn't do. That's the point," she said. "I don't think I ever got paid like that from YouTube."
