Camilla Araujo is pulling back the curtain in a new documentary titled Becoming Her, following her decision to step away from OnlyFans.

“Over the last three years, I’ve gained over 30 million followers and made over $20 million. And yeah, mostly through OnlyFans,” the 23-year-old says in a video posted to YouTube. “But today, I quit. The reason probably isn’t what you think.”

In Becoming Her, Araujo traces her rise back to her childhood as the daughter of immigrants and the firstborn in the United States. She rejects assumptions about privilege.

"I think people have this image that I grew up with the silver spoon and I grew up extremely wealthy. It's actually the exact opposite," she explains, describing parents who shared a one bedroom apartment and worked multiple jobs after moving to the United States.

Araujo enrolled at ECU, fulfilling what she described as her parents’ biggest dream. Her father recalls the moment vividly. "I remember driving to ECU, you know, to drop her at the dorm. And it was for me start of the the dream that I vision for her. She's going to be a doctor," he says.

While in school, Araujo worked multiple jobs and began prioritizing income over classes.

Exposure to viral content shifted her focus entirely after she appeared as Player 067 in a MrBeast Squid Game video. "People had no idea what my name was. They only knew me as 067. So I chased that. I chased the virality. I chased the fame," she admits.

The internet personality ultimately dropped out of college, a decision she described as painful but ultimately necessary. "My heart wasn't in college," Araujo says. "More views equals more money...when I realized that, it was game over."

Family members say her success changed their lives, from financial security to confidence navigating spaces once out of reach. "My life today is so surreal," Araujo says near the film’s end. "I'm not special. I wasn't born with some superpower. You can do this, too."
