In a sit-down interview with Tristan Thompson on the latest episode of her podcast Khloé in Wonder Land, Khloé Kardashian questioned her ex and father of her two children about his infidelity.
After Thompson told her he feels remorse, just not “in the moment,” Khloé pressed him a bit further. “But like, how much later?” she asked. “Like, once you’re caught? Or do you feel that way when you’re done doing it?”
“Like, post-nut syndrome,” Thompson said.
Kardashian appeared bothered by that answer, The former NBA player immediately realized what he said wrong and apologized.
“So then, why do you keep redoing it?” Kardashian asked, to which Thompson responded, “That’s a trillion dollar question.”
“For myself, I think, just, life was moving very quickly for me at the time when we were together,” he continued. “I probably didn’t do the best job of navigating my truth about where I was at. And maybe, just honestly, probably just a little case of just, like, being young and wanting your cake and eat it too.”

Hollywood Unlocked reported in 2019 that Thompson was seen getting close with Jordyn Woods at a house party while in a relationship with Kardashian. Woods ultimately confirmed on Red Table Talk that she and Thompson kissed, but did not have sex.
This moment caused a ripple effect that impacted Kardashian’s sister Kylie Jenner, who was close with Woods at the time.
In a 2023 episode of The Kardashians, Thompson spoke with Kylie about the incident, acknowledging that parting ways with Woods was akin to “losing a sister.”
“You lost Jordyn, who was a big part of your life,” he told Kylie. “I know how much she meant to your life and your guys' connection, you guys were like two peas in a pod. So the fact that I put myself and her in a situation that wasn’t right, and wasn’t smart, made it tough for you and Khloé.”
In addition to Kardashian and Thompson working things out, it appears Kylie and Jordyn, who is now engaged to New York Knicks star Karl-Anthony Towns, have done the same.
