Supermodel Heidi Klum had two surprises in store when she turned up at Paris Fashion Week with her daughter, Leni. And one of them had horrified fans comparing her to Madonna.
Klum, 52, posted a montage video of her various looks in Paris to her Instagram page, including the oversized coat she opened to reveal a sheer, almost naked dress that gave fans a glimpse of her cleavage.
Photos showed Klum with a metal grill in her mouth and black sunglasses. She also posted a collage of photos showing off the sheer dress on Instagram.
"Somehow this reminds me of Madonna," wrote one fan on her Instagram comment thread. When someone else wrote, "Madonna style," a fan responded, "I was kinda thinking the same thing… like WHY? You're a legend, go sit by Lake Como and be fabulous."
"Don’t be a freak like Madonna!" proclaimed a horrified fan. "Going downhill with age same as Madonna... sadly," wrote another.
The supermodel also opened her mouth to reveal the metal grill. Photos on Getty Images show her repeatedly licking her lips.
She also showed off the metal grill in a video that she posted to her Instagram page.
Some fans didn't like the mouthful of metal, with several simply writing "no" on her Instagram comment thread. One inquired whether it was her new Halloween outfit. Klum is known for her extravagant Halloween costumes.
One fan wrote, "You should fire your stylist." However, another fan wrote, "Halloween is coming! Can't wait to see it all! Great teaser!"
Klum teased her Halloween 2025 costume on Instagram by posting a photo showing a prosthetic mask and writing, "This is just the beginning 👀👻💀🎃" Despite fans conflating the two, it's not clear that Klum's fashion week looks have anything to do with her next over-the-top Halloween costume.
According to US Weekly, Klum wore the sheer dress to the Vetements womenswear Spring/Summer 2026 show. The magazine noted that Klum flashed "a gold grill on her teeth for an unexpected twist of edge."
However, Page Six described the grill as platinum and wrote that the dress was "comprised of totally sheer grey lace, including integrated gloves that covered each hand up to the fingertips."
