Michael B. Jordan's mother, Donna Jordan, stole the show with just a facial expression after Nikki Glaser made an NSFW joke about the actor during the 2026 Golden Globes.
During the ceremony, Mrs. Jordan was present to support the Sinners actor, who was nominated for Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama. Although Jordan lost in the category to The Secret Agent star Wagner Moura, he got the most memorable joke of the night from Glaser, who hosted the awards ceremony on Sunday (January 11).
"I can’t believe it, we got two Michael B. Jordans," Nikki said, referring to Jordan playing twins in the Ryan Coogler-directed movie. "When I saw that, I was like, Nikki B. Jerki'’."
While the joke landed, Mrs. Jordan hilariously reacted by giving an eyeroll, taking a sip of her drink and cutting her eyes across the room, likely to avoid looking at the comedian after making a pass at her son. The actor, however, was in stitches.
"I'm so sorry. That should've been a DM," Glaser continued.
Viewers were just as shocked about Glaser's joke and picked up on Mrs. Jordan's reaction on social media.
Mrs. Jordan has frequented this year's awards circuit with her son, last attending the 31st Annual Critics Choice Awards earlier this month.
The entertainer, who shared a home with his parents as an adult, apologized to his mom in 2023 for starring in a Calvin Klein underwear campaign, which solidified his sex symbol status.
"I was like, my mama gon' have to see this," Jordan told Entertainment Tonight at the time. "Let me call her and be like, 'I'm sorry. It's out here.' Got my business all out in the streets—literally."
