Marlon Wayans has spoken on burying the hatchet with 50 Cent after they trolled each other mercilessly last year.

They recently connected at CinemaCon 2026, months after they beefed over the 50 Cent-produced Netflix documentary Sean Combs: The Reckoning. Wayans publicly scolded Fifty for exposing the documentary’s focus, Diddy, which led to a back-and-forth between him and the G-Unit frontman. Wayans decided to drop his side of the beef after hearing out his family members.

The Scary Movie 6 star spoke about his history with Fif while visiting The Big Tigger Morning Show this week. "Yeah, I just saw him. And you know, when you online beefing, you ain't scared of nobody. Then I seen him in person and I got hot,” Wayans joked.

"Because he big, man. He wide. That little button on his suit was struggling. That little button was holding him. I was like, That's a big, big dude. You know how you pat somebody? He felt me. He was like, Oh, this little scrawny, man. I felt him, man. His muscle had a muscle. All I could do was say, 'I'm sorry, sir. He let bygones be bygones.'“

“Everything was love, man. When Black people beef, if we ain't fighting, We just talking nonsense,” he continued. “I'm like that little skinny kid on the block. And, you know, 50 could be a cyberbully at times.” Wayans went on to call 50 “harmless” and a “troll,” but acknowledged that they’re both “grown men” who don’t have to resort to violence.

“He got a studio, and he make movies. I make movies, and I'm working on getting my studio. I ain't got time for me beefing and fighting,” Wayans explained. I got time to be sitting there and talking about how to do bigger movies. Blacker business. I want the kids to see that.”

“And it sure look like there's a lot of chest and muscle in that little suit,” the comedian joked. “I thought he just got off parole. He got out and said, Put this on. I can't get a job in these regular clothes."

After the video’s circulation, Wayans declared that he and 50 were “some Black men talking business.”

50 also called off their feud last December, although he called Wayans “not funny” and a “mook” in an Instagram post.
