Halle Berry spent her 59th birthday enjoying quality time with her boyfriend of five years, Van Hunt, leading to intimate photos—and a Bratz meme.
Days after laughing off comments made by her first ex-husband, David Justice, on Monday (Aug. 18) about being a good wife, the Academy Award winner posted candid pictures on X of herself and Hunt during their tropical vacation.
Hunt appeared relaxed while lying in a cabana, and Berry looked back to the camera while wearing a robe, wild hair and grinning.
This made some commenters guess that the couple snapped pictures after getting frisky, with one person comparing the actress to the meme of a Bratz doll with messy hair.
The picture is universally known to insinuate that the poster just had sex.
Berry did more than repost the tweet, as she screenshotted it and shared it to her 1 million followers.
Berry clearly took pleasure in her vacation with Hunt, despite Justice's disparaging remarks about the actress on podcast All the Smoke.
The retired professional baseball player, who was married to Berry from 1993 to 1997, said on the podcast that he left the marriage because the actress wasn't "motherly."
"I was young and had only been in honestly one real relationship before her," Justice told Matt Barnes. "My understanding, my wisdom around relationships just wasn't vast. So, I'm looking at my mom—and I'm a Midwest guy. So in my mind I'm thinking a wife, at that time, should cook, clean, [and be] traditional."
Berry responded to the viral clip by rehashing Justice's comments alongside a picture of herself lounging with Hunt.
Along with clapping back at Justice, Berry reposted positive birthday comments, like one saying that she has aged "like fine wine."
