The divorce between entertainers Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers has gotten nastier.
The spouses, who separated last year after seven years of marriage, have gone through multiple public issues regarding alleged domestic violence and being forced to vacate their Calabasas mansion last December. More problems between Richards and Phypers have surfaced, with the Wild Things star requesting that Phypers not receive half of her monthly OnlyFans earnings.
According to TMZ, Richards has asked that a judge deny Phypers access to half of her $200,000 to $300,000 that she makes monthly on the paid subscription platform. The actress, who was previously married to Charlie Sheen, joined OF in 2022, shortly after her then-eighteen-year-old daughter, Sami Sheen, launched her own account on the platform.
Denise alleges that because Aaron failed to provide the court with a current financial disclosure, his motion should be denied the request. She claims Aaron has not submitted anything after missing a deadline.
Last October, it was reported that Phypers sought $150,000 from a joint account shared with Richards after falling on financial hardship and being close to homeless. At the time, Phypers claimed that Richards "took control of the accounts and has not allowed me access to any of the funds," with $120,000 being needed for his rent.
Months before, Richards accused her husband of physical and verbal abuse, while Phypers claimed that his wife committed infidelity. The estranged couple, who were previously regular cast mates on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, have both denied each other's accusations.
