Aaron Phyphers wants money from his joint account with estranged wife Denise Richards as their split has gotten rockier.
In July, the actress filed a restraining order against Phyphers, who she's been married to for seven years, accusing the actor of physical and verbal abuse. Phyphers returned by claiming that Richards cheated on him. The couple star on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and have both denied each other's accusations.
But in a new TMZ report, Phyphers claimed that he no longer has access to his joint account with Richards, which he desperately needs $150,000 from to avoid becoming homeless. The entertainer alleged that his wife "took control of the accounts and has not allowed me access to any of the funds." Phyphers said that $120,000 of the amount would go towards his rent, while $10,000 would pay for his divorce attorney and additional expenses.
The reality television star doesn't want the money to be considered spousal support, but "what is needed for me to survive, pay these debts and be able to live safely like a normal person."
Phyphers also admitted that most of the funds come from Richardson's OnlyFans but said that he captured a magnitude of her content, which he now seeks to own the copyrights to. The actor has asked that Richards return his health treatment equipment, claiming that she intends to sell.
Richards was previously married to Charlie Sheen from 2002 to 2006, while Phyphers divorced Nicollette Sheridan in 2018 after three years of marriage.
