Khloé Kardashian Kindly Handles Troll Rudely Asking About Surgery Scar on Face

Khloé Kardashian is taking the high road.

On Feb. 26, the Kardashians star responded to an Instagram user who asked what was wrong with her cheek. This came after Kardashian shared a gym selfie with the caption “Happy Sunday.”

“And what the heck is on your cheek,” the commenter wrote.

Killing them with kindness, Kardashian replied, “A bandage 🩹 I had a tumor removed from my face but I’m totally ok. Thank you for asking ❤️.”

Aside from that comment, the Good American CEO received an outpouring of support from fans underneath the photo. She also responded to an Instagram user who asked if the spot on her face was makeup.

“It’s a scar strip,” Kardashian wrote, per Us Weekly. “I had a tumor removed from my face a few moments ago so I wear this for healing and the prevention of my scar getting worse. All is great and healing wonderfully.”

This isn’t the first time Kardashian has opened up about her procedure. Back in October, the mom of two detailed the surgery on Instagram after fans pointed out the reality star wearing a facial bandage in several photos.

“After noticing a small bump on my face and assuming it was something as minor as a zit, I decided to get it biopsied 7 months after realizing it was not budging,” Kardashian wrote on her IG Stories last fall.

She continued, “You’ll continue to see my bandages and when I’m allowed, you’ll probably see a scar (and an indention in my cheek from the tumor being removed) but until then I hope you enjoy how fabulous I’m making these face bandages look.”
