Druski has returned with another skit. This time around, the comedian is poking fun at oldheads who don’t act their age and insist on still hanging out with YNs.
For the skit, Druski transforms into an oldhead mobbing with a crew of younger men at a gas station, who appear to be filming a music video. “I raised all these n***as,” he says. The next scene appears as an Instagram Story post, in which he dubs himself the “Trench God.”
“Young n***a look up to me man,” Druski says. “Show love to your hood, man. Y’all n***a come back and feed the skreets. Be a big homie to your hood, man. These n***as love me out here.”
Also included in the montage are Druski attempting to stream and vlog, appearing on a podcast to discuss “allegations,” and vibing to G Herbo in the car. He also brags about buying bottles for everyone, and, at one point, seems to have turned over a new leaf and converted to Islam. Unfortunately, the skit culminates in Druski appearing on the news after being caught on camera during an armed robbery.
The latest video follows last month’s skit, in which Druski portrays a Black British actor named Sampson DuBois who takes on American roles, such as an enslaved Black man in the US in a film called Release the Shackles, a play on Chiwetel Ejiofor portraying Solomon Northup in 12 Years a Slave.
“During the filming of this role and this character, I felt oppressed, like an American slave,” he said in a fictionalized interview with Extra. “Like, a lot of struggle. I studied the art.”
The sketch ends with TMZ asking DuBois if he believes he’s “better than them.” “Better than who, bruv?” he responds. “Black people? Stop it!”
