Diddy has been accused of sexual assault in a new lawsuit by a man who was a child actor at the time, TMZ reports.
The man claims that the incarcerated music mogul assaulted him in 2007, when he was a minor. According to court documents obtained by the outlet, the unidentified man, who is going by John Doe, said Diddy violated him under the pretense of giving him acting advice.
Doe said he was already a child actor when he went to a Hollywood Hills party to network. He claims that’s where he met Diddy, who asked Doe if he wanted to have a private conversation about his career.
When they were alone, Doe alleged that Diddy started rubbing parts of his body, and then allegedly performed oral sex on Doe while touching himself. Doe said he told Diddy, before the oral sex, that he was uncomfortable. After the encounter, Diddy told Doe he would consider him for future opportunities.
Doe is suing Diddy and “some agents,” as TMZ writes, “who he claims had a duty to protect him from dangers like this,” for unspecified damages.
“The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous,” Diddy’s rep, Juda Engelmayer, told the outlet. “He's just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest."
