Tulsa King is bringing in a very different kind of enemy for Season 4. Paramount+ has cast Flula Borg in a recurring role as Bradley Van Heusen, a tech billionaire whose arrival will put him directly in the path of Dwight Manfredi and his crew.

According to Deadline, the new character signals another evolution for Tulsa King, which has steadily moved beyond traditional mob rivalries into bigger, wealthier, and more unpredictable territory. Dwight, played by Sylvester Stallone, began the series as a New York mob capo exiled to Oklahoma after serving 25 years in prison.

Over three seasons, he has gone from rebuilding a small operation in Tulsa to leading a growing criminal empire with real power — and real enemies.

Bradley Van Heusen appears poised to be the latest and perhaps most modern threat yet. Unlike the street-level rivals and mob figures Dwight has faced in the past, Van Heusen comes from the world of technology and extreme wealth. His introduction follows Season 3’s conflict with the Dunmires, an old-money Tulsa family that Paramount+ described as Dwight’s most dangerous opponents to date.

Borg is best known for roles in Pitch Perfect 2, The Suicide Squad, The Rookie, and My Spy: The Eternal City alongside Dave Bautista.

The casting news arrives during a particularly busy stretch for Tulsa King. Production on Season 4 began in late 2025, shortly after Paramount+ officially renewed the series ahead of its third-season premiere. The streamer has leaned heavily into the franchise after Season 2 became its most-watched global premiere at the time, drawing more than 21 million viewers worldwide.

Behind the scenes, however, the new season has also been marked by major changes. More than two dozen crew members were replaced shortly before filming began, including Stallone’s longtime stunt double, Freddie Poole, who had worked with the actor for 14 years.

At the same time, Terence Winter returned as executive producer and head writer, taking over after Season 3 showrunner Dave Erickson’s departure.

Stallone recently confirmed that production was moving ahead by posting a rare set photo from filming. Seated in costume as Dwight Manfredi, the actor joked that the man behind him looked like his “brother.”
