Shannon Elizabeth is turning a new chapter into a major payday, pulling in more than $1.2 million during her first week on OnlyFans after launching her account on April 16. The early success marks a fast start for the American Pie star, whose move into direct-to-fan content is already outperforming typical celebrity debuts on the platform.

According to Variety, the page, which went live mid-April, quickly gained traction as fans flocked to see a different side of the actress. According to her management team, the seven-figure haul came within days of its initial launch. The rollout included promises of exclusive photos, behind-the-scenes content, and direct interaction with dedicated fans.

Elizabeth’s shift isn’t happening in a vacuum. She rose to prominence in the early 2000s as Nadia in American Pie, a role that helped define her as one of that era’s most recognizable on-screen figures. She later reprised the character in sequels, including American Reunion, and also appeared in projects such as Scary Movie, Love Actually, and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.

More recently, her work has extended beyond acting into activism and conservation, with ongoing efforts based in South Africa.

Ahead of the launch, Elizabeth framed the move as a shift in control. “I’ve spent my entire career working in Hollywood, where other people controlled the narrative and the outcome of my career,” she said. “This new chapter is about changing that… being closer to my fans.”

She added that the platform allows her to “create on my own terms” and called it “the future” of direct audience engagement.

Creators Inc CEO Andy Bachman echoed that sentiment, describing the platform as a more effective way to connect with supporters. “This allows her to do that in a more direct, meaningful way than ever before,” he said, pointing to the growing number of high-profile creators making similar moves.

Elizabeth now joins a wave of celebrities embracing subscription-based platforms, including Carmen Electra and Drea de Matteo, who have publicly credited the model with revitalizing their income streams.

Notably, de Matteo previously revealed that earnings from the platform helped her avoid losing her home.
