American Pie star Shannon Elizabeth has joined OnlyFans with the hopes of taking back control of the “narrative” and “outcome” of her career.
The actress’s page officially launched this week and is billed as featuring behind-the-scenes moments, exclusive photos and videos, “candid glimpses” of her life, and the chance to talk with her directly.
“Here you’ll find the side of me that doesn’t make it into movies—more playful, spontaneous, and completely unscripted,” Elizabeth wrote in the description of her newly launched OF page.
“If you’ve ever been curious what I’m really like, you’re about to find out,” she added.
In comments provided to People, Elizabeth elaborated further by highlighting the appeal of the platform, specifically zeroing in on how it will allow her to take the reins on her career after spending decades caught up in the larger Hollywood infrastructure.
“I’ve spent my entire career working in Hollywood, where other people controlled the narrative and the outcome of my career,” Elizabeth told the publication. “This new chapter is about changing that, showing off a more sexy side no one has seen, and being closer to my fans. I'm choosing OnlyFans because it allows me to connect directly with my audience, create on my own terms, and just be free. I really do think this is the future.”
In the 1999 comedy American Pie, featuring a memorable cameo by blink-182, Elizabeth played Czech exchange student Nadia, a role she reprised for its 2001 sequel. She returned to the character again in American Reunion, released in 2012.
The early 2000s also saw Elizabeth starring in Scary Movie, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Thirteen Ghosts, Love Actually, and more. More recently, the actress, also known for her work as an activist and conservationist, starred alongside Danny Trejo in the 2023 drama Death on the Border.
