Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are heading to Jordan for a two-day humanitarian visit focused on global and mental health, and on supporting communities impacted by conflict.

According to People, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are making the trip in partnership with the World Health Organization (WHO), with engagements scheduled across Amman on February 25 and 26.

Their visit is focused on amplifying frontline health efforts and highlighting organizations working directly with vulnerable populations, particularly children and families displaced by ongoing crises.

During the visit, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to appear alongside WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, continuing a working relationship that dates back to their joint advocacy around vaccine equity during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The couple will participate in discussions and site visits tied to humanitarian health response and mental health services.

Their itinerary includes stops at organizations providing on-the-ground aid. Among them is World Central Kitchen, the nonprofit founded by chef José Andrés, which coordinates food relief efforts in the region.

The Sussexes are also expected to visit Questscope, an organization supporting refugees through education, mental health services, and community-based programs.

A key part of the trip will take place at the Za’atari Refugee Camp, one of the largest camps for displaced Syrians. There, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will meet with families and service providers working in areas like rehabilitation, trauma care, and long-term community support.

The couple’s humanitarian work continues to prioritize younger populations and families navigating crisis. “They are pro-family and pro-children, and their philanthropic work reflects this value and deep-rooted care for humanity,” a spokesperson for the couple said.

The visit also builds on initiatives supported through their organization, Archewell Philanthropies, including efforts tied to medical evacuations for children affected by conflict in Gaza.

This marks the latest in a series of international trips undertaken by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle since stepping back from official royal duties in 2020.

Previous visits have included similar engagements in Nigeria and Colombia, where they connected with community organizations and advocacy groups working on public health and social impact.
