Pedro Pascal isn’t saying much about his private life—and that silence is doing all the talking.
According to Out, the actor was recently spotted walking through New York City with Rafael Olarra, sparking a fresh wave of speculation after the two were seen together multiple times over Valentine’s Day weekend.
Paparazzi photos show Pascal and Olarra walking through the Lower East Side, dressed clean and coordinated, at one point linking arms as they headed toward a rather pleasant lunch in New York City.
Another set of images obtained by TMZ showed them leaving the same car, and another set of photos showed the duo attending a screening of Wuthering Heights. According to that account, they were seated together and “periodically chatting” during the film.
Neither Pascal nor Olarra has commented on the sightings.
For Pascal, that tracks. The 50-year-old actor has built a reputation for keeping his personal life locked down, even as his public profile continues to rise.
In past interviews, he’s made it clear that he has no interest in unpacking his relationships for public consumption, saying, “I just know that personal relationships are such a complex thing to navigate even without having this enormous lens on them.”
Olarra, 47, works as an art director and creative lead for Faena, where he’s been involved in shaping large-scale creative projects spanning hospitality, design, and cultural programming. His portfolio includes collaborations across fashion campaigns, exhibitions, and live events, as well as ongoing work tied to the Faena District.
He was previously in a relationship with actor Luke Evans. The two went public in 2020 during a trip to Hawaii, only to later separate. Evans confirmed the split in early 2021, stating simply, “It is what it is.”
As for Pascal, his public narrative has focused less on romance and more on his work and advocacy, according to LGBTQ Nation. He’s long been a visible supporter of LGBTQ+ rights, frequently using his platform to uplift the community and support his sister, Lux Pascal, who is transgender. Lux has described him as “an important part of this… one of the first to give me the things that formed my identity.”
