Kylie Jenner is facing escalating legal pressure after a second former housekeeper filed a detailed lawsuit accusing those working inside her Hidden Hills home of discrimination, retaliation, and labor violations—adding to a similar complaint already filed earlier this month.
Juana Delgado Soto, who says she worked for Jenner starting in 2019, alleges in court filings obtained by the Los Angeles Times that she was routinely denied meal and rest breaks and subjected to worsening treatment over time. According to the lawsuit, conditions sharply declined in 2023 when supervisor Itzel Sibrian allegedly began mocking Soto’s accent, immigration status, and Salvadoran heritage, at one point calling her “stupid.” Soto claims she reported the behavior to human resources in 2024, but the situation did not improve.
Instead, the lawsuit alleges retaliation. Sibrian was briefly removed following Soto’s complaint, then reinstated, after which Soto says her hourly pay was reduced, her workload increased, and her schedule changed in ways that made the job more difficult.
Soto also claims she was denied time off to grieve her brother’s death and was forced to miss her own birthday celebration to cover a dinner at Jenner’s home.
The filing outlines additional incidents that Soto says contributed to severe emotional distress. She alleges that coworkers spread rumors that she lied about her brother’s death and deliberately created extra work by throwing trash on the ground for her to clean.
In April 2025, Soto says she wrote a letter directly to Jenner and left it on a massage table, stating, “I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused,” and adding, “I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.”
According to the lawsuit, the response was immediate. Soto claims she was threatened with termination the next day and given strict instructions: she was “no longer allowed to look at Kylie, smile at Kylie,” and was told she would have to “disappear” if she encountered her.
The complaint also alleges extreme workplace restrictions, including limited bathroom access, being barred from drinking water inside the home—referred to as “Kylie’s water”—and being assigned tasks like cleaning the doghouse.
Soto ultimately resigned via text in August 2025, writing, “I cannot do this anymore… I cannot sleep at nights, and I always have anxiety because of the way you guys treat me.”
Both lawsuits name Jenner, her company, Kylie Jenner Inc., and staffing agencies, including Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services. While the filings state that most of the alleged conduct was carried out by supervisors and staff, they argue that leadership failed to prevent or correct the behavior.
Jenner’s representatives declined to comment on the latest filing, and reports indicate she had not yet reviewed the lawsuit.
