The interaction started in the comments section of a Brand Risk Promotions Instagram post advertising the January 23 fight in Miami between Adam22 and adult film star Jason Luv. Lena, whose real name is Lena Nersesian, publicly backed her husband by commenting, “You got this babyyy let’s go.”
Adam22, however, quickly replied with a line that drew instant attention: “Are you talking to me or him.”
Lena responded moments later with a single word — “You” — followed by a tears-of-joy emoji. The brief back-and-forth quickly spread across social media, with screenshots circulating as fans dissected the moment amid ongoing jokes and commentary surrounding the fight.

Adam22, born Adam Grandmaison, is best known for running the No Jumper and Plug Talk platforms. Jason Luv, whose real name is Jason Thomas, is a well-known figure in adult entertainment and fitness influencing.
The tension between the two men stems from Adam22’s open marriage to Lena, whom he married in 2023 after being together since 2016. That same year, Lena began filming adult content independently. Luv was the first person to film a scene with her, something Adam22 previously said he approved of.
The situation escalated after Luv gave a 2023 interview in which he claimed he was “obviously” better than Adam22 in a physical sense, comments that Adam later said crossed a line. While Adam initially stated Luv would no longer work with Lena, they later filmed together again in late 2025.
